Don’t go here because they dont care for there people and are very RUDE. Find a place where you will know your worth. They hire people that come and go and won’t ever listen to your concerns. Give ZERO stars for management 👎

Submitted my renewal application over a MONTH ago. Called all last week leaving THREE voicemails, yes three, asking what’s the status with no returned call. Finally found another # and the operator sent an email for someone to return my call. Cheryl left a VM she found my application that she’d look at it and call back next day, 7/28 but they’re SOOO BUSY and short staffed. There will be a new employee starting in August. Of course Cheryl didn’t follow up. Great, but what about all the people still waiting for assistance? Homage claims they return calls in 2 business days, emergencies in less than 24 hours. I would hate to see someone that actually had a legit emergency since no one answers the phone or returns calls.

I get every place is understaffed but that’s no excuse for poor customer service or not providing basic care for our most vulnerable- seniors and the disabled. It may be a free service, but good luck jumping through their hoops in getting an answer then to get an approval to finally even request their services! Unless you’ve got months and time to waste!

No I don’t recommend this place. Hire a handyman instead.
