Well I see lots of complaints about how long it takes. I just moved from California where we have 1:30-2 hour DMV waits. I was happy to be done in 30 minutes. Friendly staff that a answered the questions that myself and my wife had.

The wait wasn't to long even though I was 20 numbers out. If they are busy you can get a number and do some shopping as they are conveniently located in a shopping center parking lot. The staff is very friendly and professional. The lady that helped me was awesome. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. She went over and beyond to get me the correct paperwork so I could get my title. I would highly recommend using this DMV

This place is clean and it seems fast. I was here on a Thursday mid day and it was dead. I came back on a Friday and it's slammed. Seems like there are a lot of people that get frustrated and leave because there are a lot of numbers being skipped too.

I had an appointment today. Got no notification they were going to be closed. Drove 3 hours out here for nothing. Looks like I see 5 other people in the parking lot who also had appointments and didn't get notified they were closed today either..

The DMV people seemed efficient and competent. They seemed patient with people who didn't understand something. By the way if you want your travel license ('Real ID') make sure you bring an originally issued copy of your birth certificate (or passport). They did not accept a photocopy. TLDR: DMV policies and costs are as silly as ever, but at least the staff is cool.

Fast, efficient service for those with appointments and walk ins. You are greeted by attendants and basically, sign in. Wait outdoors momentarily then invited in, directed to a specific line and wait per usual. Line moves fast, as only 2 or 3 ahead of you. For walk-ins, there is a standby line. Very helpful and kind workers striving to serve your needs, as efficiently and safely as possible. Mask wearing is required.
