I have only utilized WIC at this office, and every interaction I have had has been great. For example, my appointments go well; they treat my daughter with kindness; when I call they typically answer and if not, call me back in a timely manner; when I have missed appointments they have been gracious to get me back on the schedule and ensure I still receive my benefits. Also, the breastfeeding coach consistently reached out when I was postpartum and being pregnant with my second, has already checked in with me several times. Overall, I am pleased with my experience at this WIC office.

Tried to get rapid covid testing and asked to scan a QR code in which it had asked for my debit card info. Tried to register and it failed and thank goodness it did because then the bank stopped two fraudulent charges in which one of them was a charge for a dating/escort service! Lucky I get my card replaced tomorrow, but that's not the point! The point is that your QR code is not safe and totally open to fraud! And I have to waste my time getting my debit card replaced! You guys are a disgrace to the health profession!
