The BEST doctor’s experience I have ever had. Extremely kind and personable. She was thorough, and the other doctor (forgive me, I do not know his name) was absolutely kind and amazing as well. I felt very validated, and both doctors were comfortable to discuss issues with, without feeling gaslit or invalidated. Dr. Ergun described all of her findings, and was very straight to the point about which treatment plan I should move forward with.
10/10 experience, and I am very happy with the services provided by Dr. Ergun and her staff.

Dr Ergun Gulchin has always been supportive and she has always been completely thorough with my history. She has tested me completely not only my colonoscopy but my entire system from mouth to tail end. We have discussed medical and all decisions that had to be made regarding my health. I have been a patient of Dr. Ergun's for over a year now and her care for me has literally gone down the toilet. After being hospitalized multiple times and unable to get in to see her because she is always out of the office, she then fires me as a patient as of recently. Susie, her nurse, has been extremely nasty to me and refused to continue to sign off on my FEEDING TUBE SUPPLIES until I get established with a new doctor. She literally doesn't care if I live or die. This place is such a mess, they gave me what I thought were my medical records. They were TWO different people's medical records ! Major HIPAA violation ! I spoke to Susie about this and she pretty much asked me to act like this never happened and to mail these records back to her as soon as possible. She even told me that she didn't even look at the records before she signed them and put them in my envelope. What about my records ? Who got mine by mistake ? I have recommended two other people to her and they both said they would never go back due to Susie's poor attitude and Dr. Ergun's lack of following up with her patients, and I will have to agree with them after my most recent visit with her last week. Please don't waste your time and money on her.

An appointment was made 3 months ago to see Dr Gulchin. Called and confirmed my appointment and was told there was an opening on 8/7/18 if I wanted it and I said sure! Get a call from the “scheduler” Christina today on 8/6/18 around 11am stating that she only does procedures on Tuesday’s and I’d have to wait ANOTHER 3 months!!! I told her that was unacceptable and that they need to put me on the schedule ASAP because I wasn’t the one who made the mistake and she started getting mouthy and arguing back with me. Haven’t even seen the Doctor yet and already I’m giving the office a 1 star rating. Ridiculous..
