When I signed up I dealt with Gina and now that I am moving and terminating service soon, Gina was right there to assist and walk me through the details. Super friendly and professional. Gina Cherry with Green Valley SUD was so kind and helpful with my larger than usual bill. She was able to schedule a data check same day of call. The tech went out and checked my meter then called me to explain what he was seeing. It's amazing that a simple leak in the toilet could get so costly. I promptly got it repaired and Green Valley is working with me on a leak adjustment. I give them 5 stars and so thankful that I'm in their district.
