Do not recommend- I've been trying to get a divorce for over a year. I call and email... Leave message after message- she's fully paid and I get no calls back, no emails back. I was told on our last call almost a month ago that she was going to do something before the end of day.... Still nothing. Again that was the exact thing I was told back in July and it still hasn't been done....

Whoop whoop I'm backkkkkk..... 5 months LATER and still no divorce- MIND you everything is phone calls so I have no proof for you, however I was told I still owed money,went to pay it then told I wasn't. I did get a meeting, only to be told I have to WAIT until end of MAY OR JUNE to be divorced... It's been going since OCTOBER 2023... SO you tell me how long it's been...

The said they would help me get visitation rights with my son. Then 2 weeks later they said they were over booked. I have no where else to turn. I can't afford 5000 for a lawyer. I know they help people I just wish someone could help me be a father to my son.

I don’t recommend it at all my friend has been trying to divorce for 6 months the first 3 months they forgot his case and the next 3 months they don’t give him an answer they haven’t done anything 6 months trying to get him divorced and the poor guy keeps trying since it’s an easy case they are already separated he already has a chield support assigned the two parts want the divorce but unfortunately the lawyer doesn’t pay attention to her clients they have a bad service I don’t recommend them they only know how to charge but not work

I had a very lengthy process. CPS was involved and a third child was born and added to the suite. Rachel was my attorney. She understands the complexity of the emotions and legalities. She walked me through the process and knew what to expect from the court. She advised made me think of things I had not even considered. Their fees are manageable for anyone. This review is regarding Rachel Dove specifically. She advised me to sign orders that would cause me to lose my son. She assured me that the orders were only temporary and could be changed later. She was very lazy and passive when dealing with the opposition which led me to ask her to withdraw from my case and refused to return any portion of my retainer. When I got my new attorney I was immediately advised that the temporary orders were not favorable and that no attorney with a spine would allow a client to sign. Rachel Dove is lazy, spineless and weak. She should not be retained by anyone going through a divorce especially with children involved.

I have been waiting for my final divorce decree for 6 months past my final hearing and Rachel Dove has not filed any orders with the Attorney General's Office or the Court. I actively turn people away from this office.
