Today was my second time getting help with food, Ms. Patty assisted with the help with horrible attitude, the application says “SSN optional” and after she looked at it she told me she will not be helping me next time if I don’t provide my SSN after asking her where it says required on the application she was very rude and short with her response, I genuinely go because I need the help a little kindness goes a long way it’s sad that she didn’t make me feel welcomed and then told me she would deny me next time with no proof that IT IS REQUIRED TO GIVE MY SOCIAL, I wasn’t asking for any type of government assistance.

For families in need. All you need to do is provide proof of income, food stamps, Medicare. When you apply it twice a year, every 6 month to receive food. And a one-time $40
vouchers to receive clothing at their particular store. It was definitely well worth it.

Horrible experience! I called because I was directed by 211 to call. Told them I dont have a place to stay, but i found one. The man I spoke to was very short an rude with me. Said nope I dont help with that! A little kindness goes a long way. Im homeless with four kids and you have * like him anwering your phones. Ill go kill myself now thanks a lot
