Message should be delivered to appropriate parties. Deed restrictions are not made a priority need a better system. How many deed restrictions people do we have and what and why is this not a concern

I took my brother and his friend to play volleyball to their court, they were ask to leave bc they are not residents of the area. Understandable. I called the number in their website and the lady I spoke to was quick to tell me they are not allow to use the court if they don’t live in the area. I asked if we could get a membership or what can we do so they could use their court but she said they only way was to be a homeowner in the area even though in their website it says non-residents are welcome. She even told me she didn’t see where in the website was that part. I had to walk her through their home page for her to see. They need more friendly staff.

I have lived in Silver Creek for 33 years. It was a great place to raise my children, and it’s a great place to retire. The association fees are fair, and the board members have always listen to concerns. A neighborhood is what you make it. Volunteer. Take advantage of the amenities. Walk in the neighborhood and meet your neighbors. Go to the events throughout the year.

It is a failing neighborhood. It has horrible owner that rent to people that destroy the neighborhood with all their dogs. They let them run though others people's yards. If their dog poops they don't pick it up. They argue so lond you can hear their business. The hoa people don't care about how many broke down cars are parked on The road. The only thing the hoa takes care of is the pool, and park. Not your home street or the neighborhood you live in. You will be wasting money here if you buy a house here. I wish I read the reviews about the neighborhood before buying a house. Now were are stuck until the market is good for buying a house.

Absolutely disgusted with how GNW has handled the Fall 2023 soccer season. To allow an undisclosed partnership (not announced into half way into the season) without communicating with actual community members, is not okay. Our HOA fees are paying for our children to be susceptible to extreme aggressions from Rush Soccer players. More than 4 kids have been sent to urgent care and hospitalized due to injuries sustained by Rush players. Not only that, during these games in particular, NONE of these injuries were called AND Rush Parents have continued to berate players, coaches, throughout this entire season. For Jacob to allow this to happen is beyond despicable. My HOA fees pay his salary and he refuses to meet with parents who have been requesting all of this as well. I have lived in and participated in all GNW events and sports and now can say with certainty, Jacob and the partnership he has allowed, is the sole reason why i will not return and move to Westover Hills Church and other organizations to allow my child to play sports without risk of being sent to the hospital due to a concussion and shoulder fracture.

We just had a baby shower today and we had a wonderful experience. The place was nice and very clean. All the amenities we needed were included. Our on-site contact, Jose M. The ACM made the event very successful . Our family is greatful for his help and knowledge. We can't wait for our next event!

Recently went to a venue and they treated the people that hired them like garbage. I personally wouldn’t want to hire anyone that treated me poorly after already having paid for their services.
