I have not had a bad experience here yet! My daughter just turned 2 and loves hopping in the pool and learning to swim. I am very happy we went with this swim school. The instructor we have is great and he is very awesome with the kids!

Both my daughters have been loving Goldfish. One is 10 years old and has tried 4 different places for swim. Goldfish and especially Emily have pushed her and supported her giving her confidence and a love of swimming. She's hoping to get to be on the goldfish swim team soon! My other daughter is 1. She loves going with mommy or daddy and learning the water. She's still struggling with water conditioning, but the way the instructors work with her and guide her. She loves the activities to help her learn the early swim moves. The length of the classes is perfect. They have a huge viewing area and wonderful spaces for changing and showering. I cannot recommend Goldfish enough!!

Always a great experience here. My daughter loves the classes and looks forward to it every week. What I really appreciate is how FULLY staffed this location is, always someone around to help out or give guidance. I wish all businesses ran this way!

No other place I would rather send my kids to swim! The instructors are so patient with each kid, so articulate with the parents and so organized with scheduling conflicts that inevitably come up as a mom of littles. Devan, Maddie and Emma are so amazing and go above and beyond for everyone but honestly all the managers are great. Goldfish is the highlight of our week!

What a well-run happy place to learn how to swim. I visited my grandson's swimming class today. The windows separating the pool from the observation area was spotless so I could see. The instructors were very professional and it seem all the little tikes were attentively participating because of that. All in all I had great fun watching these future Olympic swimmers learn and have fun doing so.

Definitely not good for children who have little / no experience swimming. At the first lesson, my child was crying the whole time, so I worked with him to get him comfortable in the water over the following week. He was finally happy getting in the pool for his next lesson, but unfortunately within 2 minutes the instructor put him underwater for several seconds without any prompting or teaching for holding his breath / blowing bubbles, terrifying him and rendering him inconsolable. When I discussed discontinuing the lessons because I felt this was not a great way to make a child comfortable in the water, they did maintain there was nothing wrong with their method, so it was not a good fit for my kid. I feel they are unable to accommodate children who may have different needs or experience levels, not able to read when a child is becoming comfortable. Might be ok for children who are already swimming!

I'm giving 5 stars as I left a message and a team member did call me. Team member was very nice and answered all my questions. My son's first lesson I noticed we did not get a welcome bag or a bracelet indicating it was his first lesson. I was sent an email indicating that would be included on his first day. Everyone was nice there, I just wish a welcome bag and the bracelet would have been given to us as new members. I'll have to ask for it during his second lesson. The seats you sit in while watching your child seems a little worn out. Hopefully end of the day they are wiping them down. Otherwise I do recommend. My son loved his swim lesson, and his teacher seemed nice and patient.
