I started out going to OFS and waited a hour and 15 minutes. We decided to go to the ER in Gibson. We got there and was called back fast and the ran test and blood work and was told I had pneumonia. The started IV fluids and gave medicine through IV. They nurse was nice and caring. They answered all the questions we asked and everything.

I went to the emergency room for 4 stitches on my finger and they sent me a bill for 6 thousand dollars. I had to call them and have them run the bill through my insurance. After insurance the bill was over 3 thousand dollars. After searching on the internet what something like this should cost I feel like they are ridiculously over priced. I refused to pay the bill and they sent it to collections. Would think twice about going here.

My 9 yr old. Had surgery and we ended up staying over night. From the BEGINNING TO THE END OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! A Special Shout Out to Our Favorite #1 Nurses Amanda, Veronica, & Tina. They were continued support and positive the entire stay and made us feel so welcome. They are Amazing with Kids and fully explained everything before it being done. What a Great experience from the entire staff and Doctors. We will continue to Support Our Gibson Hospital🏥

Had a very good to excellent experience especially in orthopedics and was about to recommend it to the group when I learned the administration is sharing patient information with 3rd party non medical, non insurance vendors, they approve and that is part of the agreement the patient signs but usually does not read it for obvious reasons. On inquiry one year later they still engage in this data sharing and so I had to take them off my provider choice and will not recommend them.

[Saw the dentist at this facility]
My dental hygienist was very kind and checked in on me during my cleaning to make sure I was okay (I have a fear of the dentist).
My only complaint is how far out you have to schedule your appointment because they're so booked up. But I realize that this is not their fault. Overall it was a great experience and everyone I interacted with (receptionist, hygienist, and dentist) were very kind and courteous to me.

The dental techs were absolutely amazing with my daughter! They took the time and explained everything to her as they were doing it. Granted it was just a cleaning, x-rays and an exam, but they were so good with her! I do feel like the dentist seemed a bit rushed though. I mean he asked if we had any questions for him, but he seemed to give quick answers and then would ask if we had any other questions while looking like he couldn’t wait to get out of the room. Other then that, they seemed to be good with my daughter and that’s the most important thing for us.

I had a great experience with the dentist at Gibson City hospital they were friendly professional and very helpful. They done an amazing job and I want to thank them for everything. The rest of staff that works at Gibson City hospital are very friendly and very kind people. I want to update my review about the hospital in general.. the medical ride center they canceled my ride for some reason and I told the hospital about it. I told them that I was stuck unless I can try to find me a ride back home. They went way and beyond to help me get back home and I'm home safe and sound thank you so much for you're hospitality and kindness with great customer service.. they had a medical van give me a ride back home I am so relieved that I'm home now..

I am on Medicaid and never expect to be treated like a patient who can pay. Not only was I treated with compassion and good humor, but everyone there is top notch in their respective jobs. I have upper dentures that I did not get there, and they told me to bring them in next time because they can clean them for me too. Above and beyond. It is worth the trip, though, to have an x-ray with their 360 degree picture...it is so cool!
