Been sending my cockapoo for regular grooming for almost a year now and I’ve seen over time how comfortable Colbee has grown to be at FUR and all the familiar faces - Joanne, Cass, Anne, Yoyo - all who are loving and patient with him! I appreciate how I can leave him in their trusty hands with the peace of mind that they have his best interests at heart. I’m also so thankful that Joanne, as a groomer, knows how to accommodate my requests and is not pushy only about one particular style, but will also give the right advice on how not to cut or that too short a cut will not frame his face/body properly. She’s the most attentive groomer I’ve come across! Thank you for being so gentle with him too when he was not feeling his best 💖 10/10 highly recommend the team at FUR.

Had a 11/10 experience with pet grooming services here - this was my cat’s first time being showered/groomed outside and I was honestly quite worried at first because my cat HATES water (big surprise haha) and is generally quite scaredy around strangers. But Janet was so so lovely and great with her, she knew what to do with gremlin behavior and tried different ways to get her more used to the water. Cass who came to help with my cat during shower time (bc she was being an escape artiste..) was also really really lovely. They were both really gentle, adoring and experienced with her, and you could tell they really love being around animals. Janet also gave me a bunch of advice during the grooming process, making observations on her skin condition etc. I am really glad I chose to come here and will definitely be back. Thank you Janet and Cass for being so wonderful ❤️

As first time cat parents, I am so worried about grooming for my babies rag dolls but I knew I had to get them used to it. The ladies here are all superb! Ann is a star who endliessly shares with me very valuable experiences and advices . The ladies are such pro too grooming my babies . They just have a way with them and coming here is one of the best decision for my babies. I have two kittens! I decided to sign up for a package straight away!! I feel safe and I know my babies feel safe. I even had time for a cuppa, a little me time while waiting for my fur babies to finish drying. Thank you so much wonderful team at Fur in 1 Holland Village 😀. Highly recommended!

The service here is great, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about the wellbeing of your pet. Everyone is very experienced and provides professional advice, which is really reassuring. Overall, a reliable place for quality pet care. The only downside is that it’s quite hard to book an appointment due to high demand unless you do it in advance.

Avoid at All Costs – Dishonest and Unacceptable Service!

This place is an absolute scam. Completely dishonest people who have no shame in deceiving customers and doubling their prices without valid justification. What they did to me is borderline criminal, and I can’t believe this business is still allowed to operate in Singapore. Authorities should investigate and shut this place down!

I have taken my dog for grooming at FUR multiple times, but today was an absolute disgrace. They suddenly decided to double the price, claiming that my dog’s fur was tangled. This is a blatant lie. I brush my dog regularly, and there was absolutely no issue with her coat. I have had my dog for 4.5 years and have never encountered this problem at any other groomer.

This is not just bad service—it is fraud. They are deliberately extorting customers by making up false claims to charge more. The fact that they pull this scam on loyal customers shows how shameless and unethical they are.

If you care about honest service, fair pricing, and basic decency, stay far away from this place! I wouldn’t trust them with my pet, my money, or anything else. They are exploiting customers without fear of consequences.

Singapore prides itself on high standards, but businesses like this are a stain on the city’s reputation. Regulators should step in and shut them down before more people fall victim to their disgraceful practices.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this place like the plague!
