My Childs Medicaid was inactive due to error... he is a chronic asthmatic and had to miss his appt. I been calling them for weeks and no call back.. no response to email. I even called and left messages with the supervisor.. WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TOO THAT ITS NO CARE IN THE WORLD...

Ms Sparks is not a good caseworker. She made several mistakes with my case. She cut off my food stamps for NO REASON. & my medicad application stayed pending for 4/5 MONTHS! When you try to reach out to her she never returns your call.

My only reason for dinging them a star is I have to go in even for simple things - I cannot get calls back. But despite that hassle, I have always gotten help in a professional manner. Most government offices, I dread going in. This might not be the highpoint of my day, but I always feel seen and heard.

I’ve been trying to make changes on my account and contact them for MONTHS. They aren’t willing to help and I’m unsure why they choose this as their job if they do NOT care. I need to replace my medicaid card, no way I can without changing that address! Disappointed.

Oh darn I have to rate at least an entire star.. they provide amazing services. In an unprofessional manor. I would expect at minimum a clean facility, especially the welcome / waiting area

I had given them two stars before but my last couple years of experience with them, my worker, has really been on the ball. I cannot say how much I appreciate them and everything they do. It really takes stress and financial hardship away. A comfort and peace of mind knowing that I don’t have to worry about food for my family. Prayers to all of them and their families. God bless.
