We recently rented the gym and party room at the Frankfort Park District for a kids birthday party. It was a great choice! Everyone there is so nice and easy to work with. Working with them made the day so easy and enjoyable! I really appreciate their help with our birthday party!

Resident and now former participant of the park district facilities. Have used LWN for years and most recently within the last few weeks; was accused of personal training (my niece and a family friend…go figure). We typically work out together and I’d had no previous challenge before by any employee before. The Park District “president”, Dan, told me what was doing was prohibited and that he’d received daily complaints. Interesting, as I’d never received anything before…is the staff not on the same page? Sorry, but just because you turn other teams and potential rentals down, doesn’t mean that everyone has the same objective and is doing anything against the rules. Perhaps you should entertain the thought so this town can make some money. Additionally, Dan tapped me after his conversation and told me “appreciate ya”…massively rude and offensive to be touched. What I will say is that Brooke, Mark and Rich are great people to work with. Dan sucks, period. Somebody is always trying to flex a meaningless position.

I attended a Birthday Party at Founders Center over the weekend and the staff was rude. The lady complained Loudly about the trash bin not having a bag when the bag simply slipped. Simple Mistake happens all the time and it was one trash bin. I could see if it was all of them but to yell, “THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE” throughout the party was too much. It was nearly the end of the party and guests were starting to leave. So to have the hostess have to stop Thanking her guests for attending to see what was going on was terrible. I felt bad for my hostess. She looked embarrassed and frustrated. The employee walked away and two guests simply put the trash into another bag, revealing the slipped trash bag. And eventually everything was resolved. But I felt bad for her and helped the family clean up after the incident. The room was very nice, the location is great however, ruined by one employee who blew things out of proportion.

Rented out a pavilion for a birthday party- day of we were stormed out and unable to use the facility. We continuously tried contacting them and when we finally got thru staff was rude and condescending, and refused a refund back.

Nice place with activities for all ages. Also have rentals for birthday parties, graduation parties baby showers, wedding showers. Splash Park is now open also.

Wonderful staff and students. I will miss them all. Very kid friendly with lots of activities for adults as well

Place looks very nice and there was a gym which was nice for the kids to run and play in. I would definitely rent this out for a party!
