Wanted to talk to someone about finance saying some stuff that goes against army regulation, and the SPC behind the desk told me that finance can do that. And the NCO behind her reiterated that finance can do what they want.

I have called over and over. Once I was able to listen to a recording that provided information on appointments. But after that day every time I call it says I have been forwarded to a voice-mail account, that isn't activated.

Just left this office. We (my husband and I)pulled a ticket number and signed the log-in sheet per the signs that were posted in the front lobby.

An employee then yelled at us, from her chair in the back, to “Go sit down!” We go to the waiting area and sit down. We proceed to wait and wait and wait while everyone else around us is being handed clip boards of paperwork to fill out. We get nothing. Just sitting there waiting.

Finally, the same woman that yelled at us to sit down, walks up to us and asks “Have yall been helped yet?” We tell her no and she looks bewildered. She then even asks if we pulled a ticket number at the front and I told her “Yes, we did everything we were supposed to do.”

She again just looks bewildered like she doesn’t know how we were skipped over.

The chairs in the waiting area are disgusting as well. Covered in filth and hair.

Tried calling for 15 minutes straight this morning. I’m convinced either no one is in the office during working hours or worse, they are ignoring calls. Either way, good luck getting through to them

Had questions about spousal maintenance, the person on the phone had no clue as to what I was talking about. Favorite answer was I Don’t Know 🤷‍♂️, if they don’t know, then maybe they should find out instead of tap dancing the question! Instead of trying to get off the phone as fast as possible, try helping a person out. Help them find the answers they seek! Is that to much to ask?!?!?

Great service, even when massively busy. They were so busy that the SFC running the front desk couldn't keep up, so the SGM came out to help him. Great work and service.
