I had to fill out a home improvement request to replace my roof that was in poor shape, and was worried about their 30 day review process. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Nicole M., the ACC Coordinator, the very next day once all paperwork was submitted. Nicole was very friendly, and easy to work with through this process. Spectrum has definitely come a long way in customer service over the past 13 years that I have been a member. Thank you Nicole for all your efforts!!

Beautiful neighborhood. Needs a gate around it. Unfortunately, theft in the area can happen during the holiday nights so be watchful. Other than that safe for kids. Wonderful schools nearby. Very cool pool.

The association is made to keep a residential area to look representable. That isn't the issue that residents complain about. Its the favoritism that it displays. if you aren't in their "special group" , they remove and restrict you from voicing the truth and favoritism they display to certain residents. One incident was having my brand new RV TRAILER on the "City" street while loading. I recieved a warning to move it because it was a in violation of HOA rules. Second incident was my daughter's car was washed away into the middle of the street due to flooding because the contractors blocked the drain. Since they claimed to have jurisdiction over the street I requested for compensation due to the fault of the builders of Estonia blocking the drains. All of a sudden they said that it was a "City matter" and they would have to be a contacted for reimbursement. Funny how they claimed it was a city issue when they didn't want to pay for damages. Now they want to pick and choose when they want to enforce issues. Now for making this same comment on the HOA website" Neighbor Next door" I have have been blocked. Can't take the truth being spread from a corrupt association.Now they are giving me static over my utility trailer in MY driveway. Just never ends. Somebody give these fools a job because they have nothing else to do but drive around and be idiots! Get a life!

Worst HOA I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of owning various homes during my career in Mil and LE with at least a dozen or more moves and areas of residence. They have clique mentality and if you aren't part of the click or one of their fav's you are the problem and a troublemaker, they not only control the HOA, they control the FB page, the nextdoor app and anything associated with subdivision so there is no outlet or resources for accountability or assistance related to them. They promote hate speech on FB page and delete and block any family members that may see what is being written or said, very socialist mentality of them.
