Been with esso for 30 years, at this kiosk especially.
BUT it's so shameful that the tyre air pumps at almost all esso stations (valve and connectors) are damaged, unreliable and DOES NOT WORK half the time at most kiosks.

I usually have to go to spc and shell to reliably pump my tyres for years - shameful and pathetic right? Esso doesn't care.

The staffs(Ayu and Ivy) at Esso Queensway are very kind and patience. I went to this branch and collect a sim card. The staffs were very helpful as we were facing technical issue. Ivy took the initiative to call her manager and asked for guidance. Thank you so much.

It is a popular service station even though it is very small because it is located in Queensway which connects the South and the north of the city and therefore has many cars fueling up in this place. That you're smart is well stocked and I usually buy some bread and drinks and sometimes I indulge in a chicken pie or a curry puff which are sold out quite fast during the day. Only watch out is that you have to be careful when you exit the station because the traffic is quite heavy and the angle at which the station meets the road is not so easy to turn into the traffic.

I went there to get an ice cream and the female Malay lady who was very rude - she blocked the way and scolded us for walking the way she blocked when the exit is nearby. Incident happened at 11pm on Oct 4th. Please educate your workers on the very basics of customer service.
