Working with DuPage Credit Union to secure my first pre-approved auto loan was great. Joanne walked me through every step of the process and made everything super easy to understand. I couldn’t have been more pleased with her due diligence and expertise. I definitely recommend contacting her and DuPage Credit Union in general!

I visit the spot on October 1 or 2nd. I met DeAndre King. Apparently she is the building manager or some sort of manager there. She was awesome. She spent about 30 minutes with me explained everything and now I will sign up using everything she told me and she helped me out with Mortgage help and she recommended Matt. I will apply for my first commercial commercial. Remove the last sentence. I'm opening my first credit union, thanks to her and I will see how it goes. Obviously the bad rating is because the financial institution and people are a bit let's say. Close to the money or at least they wanna believe it thank you for reading if you did and bye-bye.

Just a quick update the time difference between the previous message and the one here is the opening of the account took about 30 minutes tops. The calculator for estimating your income is off on the website.

D’Andrea was amazing and helpful. This is the second time I have worked with her. We have an auto loan and another loan. Both times went smoothly. We enjoyed her personality and company throughout the signings. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Went in to deposit a check with through my partner’s account. We were told by his partner branch there should be no issue depositing the check into his account, so long as I consented. We went in twice to explain the situation. Only one teller was actually helpful and concerned about the issue, while the two women seemed to be suspicious of us and questioned where the check was from and what it was for. Luckily, we found another partner branch that listened to our concerns and took care of this issue with no problems at all. Very disappointed with the customer service, and unwillingness to help.

Went in today and the teller had horrible customer service. My bank is a partner with them and said that I could go to this credit union to cash a check with my name and someone else's if we were both there and signed it. We went to do that and the woman at the counter said we couldn't since one of us wasn't an account member with my bank. I called my bank after and they stated that Dupage should have done so and should have been able to do something like a fingerprint and the other person sign the check over to me. The woman at the counter made no effort to have any customer service at all or to help fix the problem, and just stared at me half the time I was there.

Update: we took the same check to a different credit union and they did it no problem. So the issue is with Dupage

Rob seriously saved my life. He went above and beyond to help me. I thank him sooooo sooo much. My credit would have been in shambles for 10+ yrs had it not been for him. He deserves a raise!

Side note for DUPAGE Online/Phone Customer Service!!!

Fyck the online/phone service people, they were useless, they ignored my issue and even hung up on me 3 times saying that there wasn't a system issue when there clearly was!!!! I've never missed a payment a day in my life. I manage 30+ credit card accounts including my partner's. I make mistakes in life, but I don't make mistakes when it comes to payments EVER!!! DUPAGE needs to get its sh1t together and find better customer service people.

I've been a customer for over 2 years with good credit 700 and little debt 11000 in credit card. I applied for a personal loan and was denied because I don't own a home. I've been at my job for 12years making good money with no late payments. Not only did they deny me they said they couldn't loan me anything and asked me to try another banking institution. Guess I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Rarely do I use the services of small suburban establishments, but this credit Union works with all,no matter your shape,color of your skin, or etc. My lil sister used them as well and told me about them. They give fair interest rates on loans. Willing to work with you if you communicate with them
