Muy tranquilo y limpio

Trash that's been in the same spot for months. Zero security leaving the gate open all day. Dog poop everywhere. Unit's with foil and tape on windows. Street lights out leaving areas pitch dark. Cars leaking oil everywhere. Loud music blasted after hours.

Trashy and maintained by geriatrics who pick up trash if they feel like it. Trash has been in the same spot for weeks. Water waste from broken sprinklers flooding entire area with streams flowing down the street and watering on non water days. HOA wants you to report violations to First Service but First Service said all violations are to be sent via email to HOA and anonymous reports are ignored fueling animosity and spite between owners.The board consist of individuals who lie and manipulate to cover their own inconsistency on top of the third property management company. Overall the one star is too generous .

I think this is the greatest place I've ever lived!! I love it!! I feel safe here!! Most the neighbors are very friendly. The HOA is very friendly. I couldn't be happier that this is where I chose to live!!

No security, transient wall jumpers every nite, unauthorized rentals in an Owner Occupied Community as well as very rude and inconsiderate neighbors and board members who tolerate any consgructive dialogue.

THE WORST. Awful people with nothing to do but harass homeowners and threaten them with fines. Picture a nightmare HOA.....that is them!
