This organization doesn't provide any support to people who actually need it. They consistently demonstrate disrespect and discrimination against age, blind and disabled customers. For example, DSHS invites for in-person interview the person who can't sit or stand and most of the time is in a laying down position. Their only goal is to stop or deny benefits and DSHS does a pretty good job in it.

I came in today and was helped a lot sooner than I expected! Every employee I spoke to was kind, professional, and empathetic. I was frequently offered accommodations to make the experience go as smoothly for me as possible, and really felt like everyone there genuinely wanted to help make my application as anxiety-free as possible.

I'm not very happy. They are slow to assist. I have had almost all my appointments rescheduled after I arrive for a scheduled appointment. This is my 2nd attempt at this location to get assistance. I feel I'm more equipped to help someone than they are. They don't seem to know anything about me as different people pick up my file
They never do hwork to assist me in my areas of interest. Perhaps I should ask to do something more mainstream like be a cashier.

Our family crossed the border with Mexico 8 months ago under the CBPone program and we have an I-94 form. In October 2023, we contacted your department, we were served by a beautiful girl who helped us arrange benefits.We received cash on the card every month until half a year had passed .

On May 6, 2024, my husband contacted your department to resolve the SSN issue.which we cannot receive because we are being sent from one department to another .

an employee of your department claimed that we do not have refugee status and are not refugees, said that he did not want to pick through this garbage. That is, by the word garbage , he meant us .He spoke impolitely and uncultivated ! He said that the girl who signed us up for benefits was mentally ill, made a mistake , and now, through her fault, we have to pay $ 4,000 . My husband said it wasn't our fault. The employee replied, I know and understand, but you will have to clean up and pay !!!
We contacted your organization, thinking that competent and tolerant employees who do not interfere with their personal dislike in the client's affairs work, it turned out the opposite. It was the most boorish service in my life, after such employees I do not want to deal with the organization
We learned about your organization when crossing the border , and we were given information booklets . We asked you for help, and in the end, according to the employee, we have to pay $ 4,000.
Where is the guarantee that this employee is mentally healthy?

It's not our fault, we don't agree with this decision .
We don't have that kind of money.We do not have a work permit , we do not have an SSN , we are helped by parents who are in Russia and pay our monthly rent. We have two small children, 2 and 4 years old, who cannot get health insurance because there is no SSN.

I ask you to take this situation into account! Otherwise, we will have to turn to lawyers!!!

The lady was nice, but I did everything I needed online and I went in for no reason. We left before they could call because a man was being inappropriate with me and my partner. My advice is if there is anything to do with EBT just do it online

Horrible place went in I had 3 kids one being a 9 month old who was crying , security told me to go to front desk to ask a question before checking in and waiting , she clearly saw me even told me if my daughter could stand behind the line . Stood there for a few minutes with her just on the computer and another person comes up and she asked them if they needed help and started helping them even though I’m there in line waiting with a crying baby. I left and went to the Seattle location which is ALWAYS friendly , welcoming and help you get the answers you need . DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION.
