They don’t do anything they just check our heart beat and no blood draw, I had to stick my finger and then they just poked it with a needle and the doctor I used to go to always did a blood draw every time I came. Bad experience

Very unorganized! I’ve been taking my kids there for 17 years on and off and it’s always something. They don’t have enough doctors and they don’t answer the phone. Don’t take your family here if you can help it.

My appointment was at 9am left there at 10:30am the doctor (Not Dr. Roy) is always very rude to me. She is always cutting me off and telling me I'm not doing things right. Today she asked my daughter ( 2 year) why she was screaming and crying and I answer her maybe because we have been waiting 1 1/2 ! The receptionist is the worst as well (short pink/red hair) she is always extremely rude and they never answer the phone. Dr said see you in April I said " Don't bother setting up an appointment I'm changing my three daughters dr right now" I will no longer be coming unto this establishment because they have zero customer service skills.

Our appointment was at 3:30 and we left at 5pm...we were the only ones there and it took that long just for my 13 month old to get his vaccines which they almost gave him too many after not reading his vaccination records properly. They measured him wrong by 4 inches then said my child was obese...we measured him at home and he is 30 inches tall. His weight was fine. He screamed the whole time but that did not light a fire under them to pick up the pace. It was cold but I had to keep him in just a diaper so he is upset and shivering for an hour and a half. Again I was the only one there....what were they doing for an hour? The worst experience, I will not be going back.

I took my 1 year old son for the fisrt time. I waited two hours to see the doctor. My appt was at 9:30 and the doctor came around 10 am. Why they give appt before the doctor come?
I filled out the release of information so they could obtain my son vaccine records. By 12:00 they were still waiting from the previos clinic to send it. They said to be on hold for 30 minutes and end up giving me another appt for the vaccines. On the way home, i called the previous clinic and it took me 10 minutes the most to talk and get an answer and the card mail to me. How an staff of nurses doing this as a job were unsuccessful obtaining something it took me a few minutes?
They give me an appt for my son who is 2 days from turning 1 year and claim they cant give his 1 year vaccine because he is not 1 yet.
Additionally they had zero consideration that i am preganant... one week from giving birth and i had a one year old very tired of waiting... crying.. etc! There wasnt even enough chairs for the amount of people waiting.
The doctor seems nice thought. And also the nurse checking the iron. But i wont recommend this place

They only take walk ins a certain time on certain days. I personally don't like doctors or hospitals but i had been sick with what I thought was the flu for 2 weeks. The first time I had walked in I had a fever that wasn't going away and the front desk lady said I needed an appointment or to come in on Wednesday for walk ins. I came in on Wednesday and just missed the time for walk ins. So I couldn't see a doctor. I just went to the hospital instead and it turned out I had pneumonia. Sorry I could't be sick on a certain schedule.

I wish i had the option of giving this office 0 stars...they are slow...i typically spend 3 hrs there...i always get the run around...the ladies in front are unprofessional...there is only 1 female doctor available only on mondays....i have been waiting for lab work since November...every monday its a new excuse of why i havent recieved the results...and today the doctor isnt available even though i had an appointment...and they expect me to wait until next Monday....they also dont call back like they say....im changing from them today...and going to the BBB...im also going to try to sue them STAT...i dont know how they are still in business.

If I could give this Dr's office a -10 I would! They are the worst! They take FOREVER to fill out any type of paperwork you need .NEVER answer their phones and the wait is UNBELIEVABLE!
