I had the privilege of running across Kimberly Dillard today in downtown Austin. I had lost my bearings while running out to pick up the lunch I had ordered, leaving my phone behind. Lucky for me Kimberly was in the right place at the right time and assisted me to my destination. Her smile and enthusiasm are contagious. Such a pleasure to meet her. She is a great ambassador for the City of Austin.

Huge shoutout to Jaime and Bryce!! My car stopped in the middle of the road and these guys pulled over to make sure I was safe and alright and then pushed my car to safety. And they had the best attitude about it!! So kind, so helpful, and so awesome!! Thanks guys!!

This company is used to try to make Austin look like it doesn't have a homeless problem. They basically kick homeless people out of downtown. I just witnesses them do this to a person that was just hanging out on the corner of the street underneath the shade.

Yes, Austin has a homeless problem, but we are supposed to be a safe place for the needy because of our liberal values! If people on the street aren't bothering anyone, we shouldn't kick them out of downtown because it "looks" bad. Maybe give them something, incentivize these those that have nothing to make it work for the businesses (that want them gone) in a way that can help BOTH sides. Offer them a voucher, food, a cold drink, a baggie of things to help with the heat, SOMETHING.

It's easier to be where a lot of people are (downtown) because the chances are higher that they can survive off of someone's kindness. If the needy move away from people, it makes it harder to live, which makes them more desperate. Desperation is the real danger.

DON'T MAKE AUSTIN A COLD, HEARTLESS, ROBOTIC CITY. KEEP ITS HEART. AUSTIN IS FOR EVERYONE, NO MATTER WHAT BACKGROUND.

I was having a very hard time finding my way around downtown after a night out with a few of my friends. We had a gentleman offer to assist us so that I was able to find the area I was looking for which also got me and my girls that much closer to our car. I was above impressed by his helpfulness and knowledge of downtown. He even mentioned he was just getting off his shift and still offered his assistance. I'm beyond thankful to Matthew for all he did to help us. He was a lifesaver! Great Company with Dedicated staff!

Had a truck driver road rage at me and flick me off while I was trying to parallel park. Talk about rude and unnecessary.
