WOW! During such a hard time, Donaldson Funeral Home and their employees made it such an easy experience! Greg was very quick to respond to any questions and his emails. Lenny was great to work with during the planning of everything along with during the viewing and funeral service. Rachel was very responsive and so kind and helping! The entire experience working with them was amazing. Everything was perfect for my dads viewing and funeral. The facility is beautiful too! Super clean, bright and welcoming! They didn't try to take us for our money and they were completely helpful when we didn't know what to do. All of our guest had positive feedback as well. Lenny was great! Lenny, Madison and Rachel were wonderful to work with. They were attentive, patient and guided us through this painful process with kindness and grace. We initially had mom at another funeral home and after our first meeting with that establishment we knew we had to go elsewhere. We made the best decision in choosing Donaldson for moms arrangements. My wife passing in March was the absolute hardest thing I've personally ever had to go through, but by the grace of Almighty God and the wonderful people He used to surround me and my family with His incredible love has been astounding! The wonderful folks at Donaldson Funeral Home were a huge part of the love I'm speaking of. The staff wrapped their arms around me and my son and provided impeccable service from start to finish and even afterwards!!! They fulfilled our vision of my wife's service being an absolute celebration and not, I repeat - NOT just another funeral. The went way above and well beyond to assure us that they were there for us. And as I end this review, I will leave you all with a bit of comic relief but still a true testament to how Donaldson treats their customers...once my Queen's Celebration was over, people were heard saying things like "I want mine to be just like this one" and "When I go, I want one of these..." referring to the beautiful facility and service Donaldson provided us with. In closing, I will and I hope those who read this will refer friends, family and loved ones to Donaldson to help send your precious loved ones off with dignity, grace and dare I say fun? Donaldson Funeral Home in Clarksville is a top notch business. When my father died in April, their staff responded to his home in a speedy manner (in the middle of the night). The next day, we met with Lenny, who comforted us and walked us through the whole process. He was so patient and had great suggestions when we struggled. On the day of the funeral, Lenny was very professional and we even got compliments from those attending the viewing and funeral. In addition, Rachel made a FABULOUS video with the photos we gave her, as well as photos of horses that he loved. This funeral home was a great comfort in our time of mourning.
