Domino's Pizza - Irwin, Pennsylvania

Just a crappy experience. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Was informed it would be 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. After a half hour past THEIR estimated time for delivery, my wife calls and is informed they are very busy and limited help (but no eta on our delivery). After a hour past their window for delivery, my wife goes to see about just picking it up. Talking to the lady it's clear they are in fact very busy, but where's our order that was placed over a hour and half at this point? She's informed that it's out for delivery and we'll receive it any moment. After going back and forth we finally got a refund, but was assured that the food was still out for delivery and will receive soon......it's been 24 hours now and still no delivery ?. I really don't know what the communication issue is with this place. Why would they say 30 to 40 minutes if they're that behind? If the food was actually out for delivery and the driver couldn't find our house, why not call me? I honestly think they forgot to make it, its the only logical thing that makes sense. Dealing with the manager, she assured us it was out for delivery, but want to cal the driver for the eta on it. What would you think?

this place sucks. second time ordering a gluten free pizza and receiving a regular one. I am gluten free (which is a big upcharge) and can’t eat normal pizza, so obviously the pizza that was delivered, i cannot eat. tried calling, no answer. also took over an hour to get it delivered. i understand if you’re busy, you’re busy, but over an hour, while living 3 minutes away, with no explanation, is unacceptable and unprofessional. this place has decent pizza, but save your money and order someplace else that can actually help with an issue and deliver the correct order on time. very disappointed. i will not order from them from now on.

My New York style pizza was supposed to have "Hearty Marinara". It was "Hardly any Marinara". The sausage had very little taste. Was very disappointed with the overall quality. Definitely was not a pizza that would make your mouth water

Uber eats just ripped me off completely on a deal for here, Domino's. It was on the Uber eats page. Got charged $10 to $12 more, and it was not correct. The man who couldn't speak English on the other end insisted that it was correct until I had enough and said some choice words. The girls at Domino's Pizza in Irwin, Pennsylvania are fantastic! The pizzas were absolutely delicious. I don't even care that they were extra money and that I had to argue with someone in another language for 25 minutes. At least I got some anger out and I don't think the other guy understood half of it.lol... give the girls that worked the evening of November 14th a raise!! You can do it. I have that kind of authority, I slept at a Holiday inn Express last night.

Never had a problem with the service or food. I've had Phillip as my delivery driver countless times and he has been the best delivery driver ever. Phillip is an outstanding guy. I wish every delivery guy was like Phillip.

86 minutes to deliver a barely luke warm pizza. Email said 31-46 minutes. My pizza was checked 30 minutes after order. It took almost 60 more minutes for delivery. It didn't leave the store for 30 minutes after it was checked. I had to call. Was told the store delivery time is 40 something to 60 something minutes. So my pizza took nearly 30 more minutes than the max. Was offered a discount on my next order. Ummm. Thanks but no thanks. I'm not ordering again. Told them I didn't want it. Even a discounted barely warm dominos pizza isn't worth what I'd pay for it. Note how dried up the sausage and pepperoni is by the time it was delivered.

Update on 5/17/18: Another real winner. Thanks for the “medium” personal pizza. Wow. What a disappointment. 50% or more of the pizza is crust! Had hoped the new location was better.

Food is always great at this Domino’s! I did an online order and it was ready pretty quick. I like the selection of coupons online as well. When I went in to get my food, the lady working was very nice!

I would highly recommend this location, I mainly get delivery and have yet to be unsatisfied. Pizza always comes hot and fresh, and they have some good really deals If you use the app. Will definitely continue ordering from this store.
