People working here tend to not be knowledgeable of pretty much nothing. If any issues occurs to your home, rest assured they will not do anything about it and since they have workers that live around Dixmoor, the workers will check their homes instead of your own to make sure things are good. Another thing, village workers get a free pass on basically everything (not requieres to get a building permit and etc) but as soon as you try to the exact same thing, you’ll be instantly hit with a massive fine. Not sure why my mom decided to move here but all I know is that these people are a joke including the DPD.

Based on reading all the other reviews and seeing allthe other problems that i have seen , experiience or have knowleged Some of the peolpe running the office are not professional have attitudes and this villages changes policies and not make it known to the residients I miss Darlene she was good at solving problems and deescalating concerns before the turned big

There are certain peole who would reather escalte a problem that rather descalte it I tried to call them several times they dont answer phones till after 11am when they open at 9am if you want to speak to a supervisor about a issue they will still send the same person who you dont want to talk to because they are not listen and dont care to help solve the problem They are very argumentive vs trying to reach a conclusion if Darlene was still there none of what im writing would be written this is the the place where i can say the village screwwed me over and laughed in my face

I was curuios abouth thr reviews i would fine and according to my intial thoughts they where correct

Since 2006 i have seen all the different corruption scandels go on and never the less still stood up for my village

This have now left a bitter taste in my mouth for a place i siad i loved whenever it is time to vote i will remember the comments on here and the way they treated me im taking names to remember when it ballot time

When residents file a complaint it never gets taken care of. They allow mobile parks to do electrical, construction work without a permit endangering mobile park residents. The water problems is an ongoing hazzard and nuisance. They expect residents to pay for their contaminated water that run from their faucets.

I went to get my city sticker on Friday afternoon. Despite the system being down, President Roberts and the staff helped me purchase the vehicle stickers. I'm severely handicapped and returning another day would have really been a hardship for me. Thank you again for your help in accomplishing this mission!

Fix your phones, website, email, fax, etc. No one can be reached unless they go to the village in person.

They are always turning down the water pressure for no reason. Now the water comes out yellow. Crazy paid the bill on time and still can’t get the right water pressure

I love it because it's walking distance from where I live. It's nice and clean. And the people are friendly.
