HORRIBLE‼HORRIBLE‼ My niece has been riding with Dial-A-Ride for about 5 years now. We never really had any major problems at all until this July 2022. Her grandmother mailed in her application filled out completely, we called to schedule her trips and the receptionists kept telling us the Supervisor haven't approved her application yet but we'll still schedule her trips for you. She has 14-21 business days for the application to get approved and we received it on July 27th but it still hasn't been approved. These phone calls we're happening August, September, October and the first two weeks of November. So, apparently the Supervisor said he never received an application for my niece but he couldn't of known his receptionist told me they received it on July 27th. It's definitely a lack of communication and no motivation of work ethic at Dail A Ride. Unfortunately my niece has no Transportation to get to and from her program due to the lack of work ethic at Dial A Ride and they wouldn't schedule her any trips because of a form they misplaced. Thank you to Ms. Desiree and Mr. Keyon for going above and beyond to try and resolve the issue. We are very disappointed at Dial A Ride.

My understanding is that a bus driver suppose too come too the door and not in the house.I had one too come in the house and push me in the sofa chair around the client and another professional person.Is that part off the policy?
