If I could give zero stars I would. The phone operator was extremely unprofessional. I was on hold for 40 minutes trying to get help with my mid-point review and when I finally got to talk to someone with a very thick accent I was explaining my issue and she hung up on me. Thanks for wasting my time. Just horrible service.

was dealing with a case worker who was helpful with all questions and calls back since having issues with me case, after all the time she spent with me assuring me she would call me to let me know status of case and give me interview for my link card she stated she would call back me back and never did and my last call she just said wait for letter in mail? after all the time she was dealing with me it would of just been nice for a call back to know status. now after calling this office for over a month and a half and leaving voice mails, nobody calls back and nobody ever answers the phones in this office. i'm very disappointed on how the state allows these agencies to treat us like this when we need assistance and these people are getting paid to do a job!!!!

It varies on the day you go and the person you get. Everyone has rough days and simply aren't able to put on their happy face. But more times than not, the vibe here is quite unfriendly. Security used to greet you at the door. Say hello. Ask if they could help. Lately the same rude security personnel acts likes it's a huge inconvenience if you even talk to him. I believe if you lack the people skills to have this job and perform it well, you should find a new one. Same people are guilty of having a bad attitude Everytime I see them there. That helps no one.

Office shows little care for the physical wellbeing of its patrons. Even the ones who are legally disabled still only get their check and that's it. Try living on 771$ a month. No further assistance besides the bare minimum. They degrade and dehumanize the dissabled. Prison if preferred to the lack of care this office provides.

This place is the worst they take so long to call in a person also they take their sweet time inside. Its not fair for people who get their at 8am when they open the doors and then theirs people who come later then that and they end up calling that people that got their later first worst place ever for real i don’t like this place at all!!!!

Had a scheduled appointment, no one bothered to call and say we are closed. You ask us to be prompt for our appointments, but you don't have the courtesy to inform us.

sat there for 5 hours one day - no help given - went back again the same week sat for 6 1/2 hours before the case i was there for was called. I was then advised that they could not help me - horrible customer service
They are here to "help" but all you get is the run around
