I find the staff here to be very helpful, kind and friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable in various ways that are beneficial for the members of the nearby communities. There is rarely a long line or wait times that exceed ten minutes. Family coaches are generally interested and concerned about the health, safety and happiness of the people they assist. Helping people to become self sufficient is their main priority and they accomplish that very well, without any discrimination. I would recommend this business to any residents within their district.

I felt discriminated against. 2 hispanic employees completely ignored the line which only had whites in it. Made the white employee wait on everyone in line while they gossiped in some foreign languages totally not cool they are so racist there bad job ladies go back to Mexico if you wanna act like that please

I'm only rating 2 starts because there is nowhere to find information about the next foster parent training class online. You have to contact the office. I wish they had a Facebook page or even updated there website. I couldn't find anything.

Eh, not much to say about this place. Half the people who work here don't understand English while the other half are just plain rude. Sorry but that's just the honest truth. Plain and simple.

My husband and I lost food stamps because whoever was looking at his pay stubs wasn't paying attention and didn't see where is says on the stub that he only gets paid that amount monthly and not weekly or by weekly. You'd think they would look for that. Or they just don't care and are trying to get through the day as fast as possible and only look at how much he makes instead of how much and how often. Now I am waiting hoping they call us back Monday so I can get my family food before my kids get hungry and I can't feed them.

It is ridiculous how these people treat people my family had so many problems with child services they leave kids in bad circumstances and they have no power anymore to even scare anybody if you don't answer your door you don't have to worry about CSD because they can't do a thing anymore to people you can abused your kids physical and mentally they need to take these kids from these parents and not let him have them back it is ridiculous this is why Society is how it is today
