I wish I could give two different ratings. Dr. Greene is a great doctor and I do recommend him. He is patient and knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. I give him 5 stars. His staff on the other had is horrible. If I could give some of them 0 stars I would, especially the older lady that sits at the desk. She is very rude over the phone, but in person she can be a bit nicer. I've requested 2 different referrals over the phone to be sent to two different doctors at different times and they still haven't made it there. She says the fax machine doesn't work, well heres a clue. Buy a new one or have it fixed. Does Dr. Green know that it's broken? Secondly, I've been placed on hold, for a while, just for her to return to say she is on lunch and to call back at 2:30pm. When did call back, no one answered. I had to call from different phones just to be told it will take her some time because she was very busy. Even when I was there in person, she told me it was going to take time and she asked others to do her job, because she was busy, when in fact she was holding the same folder of mine and flipping pages the entire time. Today I called to see if my husband's referral was ready and the other lady said the 1st rude lady would have to call me back because she was busy. I tried to ask if she needed my number and she just hung up. These ladies are so unprofessional and need to learn about customer service. I have just had 2 visits with Dr. Green, but I'm thinking of changing doctors due to the unprofessional staff.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Green for the past 2 years. He’s very knowledgeable and patient. He is a great person to ask if you have any questions or concerns. Staff us very friendly and welcoming. I would have stayed with them if I didnt have to move for work.

Do yourself a favor and save yourself from a headache!! I set an appointment up to have a EKG bloodwork and medical clearance and as soon as i get there they tell me they dont have a EKG machine…. Why that wasn’t mentioned on the phone i have no clue THEN my appointment was set for 11 am i sat and waited for 2 HOURS to be seen by doctor green just to see him for a quick 7 minutes. He first tried to tell me to go get the blood test done at a quest center but i asked why would i go somewhere else to get my blood test done if I’ve been waiting 2 hours here when you can do it here.He Tried to say that it might be a issue w my insurance if i git it done with his office. he finally was like okay do it here. I also told him that i have chest pains in the morning when i woke up and immediately tried to blame it on anxiety. Trying to prescribe me trazadone like no thanks i dont think thats the problem. THEN when setting stuff up for blood test the nurses performing didnt even know what tubes to put the blood in…. Dr green was supposed to fax the medical clearance and lab tests to the cosmetic surgery clinic and he just sent over lab work no medical clearance so i called him again asked why it wasnt sent he claimed that he needed a certain form but i looked it up and all it is is a signature from a doctor saying im good to go for surgery… so i told him that and he said okay my office staff is about to go on break at 1:40 miami time and said to call back at 2:30 i was thinking okay less than a hour a can wait but called at 2:30 and they said no 2:30 Houston time… who gets 2 hour lunch breaks and why wouldnt u just sign the form and do it when i first called?!? Takes less than 5 minutes. I told them forget about it ill just pay to have it done here which is what i was trying to avoid in the first place smh. My overall thought on this place is they try to get people in and out without actually doing anything so they can collect your insurance money. The staff is lazy and slow. The office smells like Vienna sausages and isn’t even at an actual medical building so if you wanted you can see dr green and get your lashes done just next door… lol Im writing this review to help future people trying to find a doctor because if i would’ve known about everything i experienced I would've went with someone else. Went for a general check up appointment today that was booked almost two months ago. Got there and the building was shutdown due to power outage. With just a note attached to the door. Understandable, due to recent storms. But to not notify patients via email, texts, or a simple call to cancel appointment is unprofessional. I’m sure I’m not the only one this has happened to since they still sent a text for me to check in this morning before the appointment.

Dr. Green is knowledgeable and welcoming to all his patients. He tries to prescribe the right types of medication to remedy the root cause of ailments, not simply writing prescriptions for the sake of over medicating a patient. He has a teaching clinic where interns get valuable learnings in a controlled environment. Dr. Green truly cares about his patients.

I just established care and I’ve called the office 6 times in 2 weeks trying to get a call back a refills etc. I fractured Chloe had surgery and still no answer back. Staff is very nice even the nurse practitioner, but Dr Green himself, is a big red flag. I will be looking for another Physician that will take care of his patients concerns.

Doctor Green is the most Knowledgeable, Authentic, Caring doctor I have ever met. He saw me for a fracture in my foot and was very patient and kind when explaining different approaches for treatment.

Any negative comments you may read should be taken with a BIG grain of salt.

I recommend him to everyone in the Houston area. I work a late shift and called the office phone number at midnight, expecting to get a machine that would tell me the office hours. (So I could plan my next visit). HE FORWARDED THE OFFICE NUMBER TO HIS CELL IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES! I have yet to meet a more DEDICATED professional in the Medical field.

Thank you Doctor Green, Sir. And thank your wonderful office staff. They have all treated me with respect, good humor, and kindness.

Near impossible to reach them through phone. Have been calling since last week to make an appointment and they either put me on hold for 5 minutes then hang up or not answer at all.
