Don't go here unless you want to be spoken to like a child - will have you read directions back and forget it if you have your cell out. Doctor will ask you to silence your phone and dim the brightness. Also, they will reschedule your appt. and then call back to reschedule it again weeks later not taking into consideration that people have jobs and can't just pick up and accept the new appt and have taken the time to request time off work. Completely unprofessional and lacks courtesy all because the doctor wants to have an extended weekend.

NOT EVEN A 1 star. Dr. Carter is rude to kids. I should have read the reviews before going. Do NOT take your kids here. Not only that, he did like 2 simple tests (which they do during physicals) and told me my kid didn’t need glasses.. I only went here because I asked the receptionist how he was with kids and if he had a good way of checking their sight and she said he was amazing with kids which wasn’t the case.. never going back.

Dr. Carter is an amazing doctor but his new employee at the front desk. Isn't so great. I've had various of problems with her losing my payment and other problems. She's also seems a little rude. Maybe also next time when hiring they should hire someone who is actualy bilingual.

I highly recommend Dr. Carter to anyone for eye care and/or emergencies. Dr. Carter is simply amazing! I called him on a Sunday evening to see if he could see my father for an eye trauma that occurred and without hesitation he was able to see my dad that night! Now, my father is doing so much better and I cannot thank him enough for what he did for my dad and I! So thank you very much Dr. Carter you are the best!!
