2/5/25: Building is nearly impossible to enter. YOU MUST ENTER OFF Los Angeles STREET through the staff parking lot. If you do not know this, you will waste 20 minutes walking around the stupid building. It is infuriating. God help you if you are disabled and trying to do this. Also, they basically just trapped all of their employees in a giant fire hazard, so they will all burn to death because they won’t be able to leave the building quickly enough, in the event of a fire. Staff at the bank is fine.

Avoid this branch! The teller and branch manager were very rude and prejudice. Staff needs to be replaced. After horrible experience I called customer service and they easily and quickly handled my transaction. Please replace staff! Overall the Credit Union is good.

Terrible experience with this organization. They warmly welcome you, luring you with favorable offers, but then you deal with the department for solutions to your needs and receive an ignorant attitude. After that, your goals and steps taken over months to become a participant and provide all the necessary documents, turn into a failure and a waste of time.

Today my husband and I visited this branch after being told that we would need an appointment at the Spring street location. The young lady from that location stated that she messaged someone at the Main Street location and they said they we could come in right now. When we arrived, the staff had no idea why the young lady said that because she had not spoken to them. It was time for them to close for lunch. But instead of turning us away Mike (MSO) and Evelin (Head teller) went out of their way to not only help us, but to provide excellent customer service! What an amazing team at this location!

Bad customer service there closed for lunch what bank does that. They need to fixes that problem having customers waiting outside for you guys to come back from lunch for almost an hour isn't ok . All the other branches that i have gone to don't do that its not good customer service.

They are a little dated as far as not allowing online payments, I have a car loan so I cant speak about other loans but when I asked they said they do not have a pay online option. They have the worst phone system which can be frustrating, its hard to actually get a hold of someone and even their extensions dont tell you the name of the extension. Everything else has been okay. They just need to upgrade their system online and the phone. Once you get a hold of someone their customer service is great.
