This place is ran very very very poorly. Favors are done for favorites! Management picks and chooses if they should charge or reverse your fees. This is a relationship bank. If they don't like you you won't get the best rates, services or even a fee reversed. The loan office Sheri picks and chooses who she wants to give loans too as well. This place is corrupt. Very shady business and you would know unless you had an experience. Please be aware of hidden fees poor customer service and basis services. BE AWARE

Horrible place to bank! The lines are slow! They do not have a physical atm at and also lost my deposit for weeks I had to call multiple times off a mistake they made. I will never bank here again ! Be aware !

I have two car loans with Enterprise Credit Union and had a great experience both times! They have fantastic rates, Sheri is fantastic to work with, and best of all, they treat me like a true member-owner! My other credit union has disappointed me recently because they are acting more like a bank - and I appreciate that Enterprise retains the credit union philosophy of working with me as a unique member! Enterprise CU has great customer service. I found it easy to set up an account through online portal. They have the lowest auto loans around. Knowledgable staff. Worth your time checking out the branch and ask questions.

Very poor service. When customers shared their concern that this branch closed earlier than advertised on Fridays, as both customers had experienced the previous Friday, the teller smuggly smiled and said sorry in an unapologetic way. We then had the manager proceeded to come and tell the customers they had not experienced what they remembered as he had closed up. So I guess both customers imagined the closed signs and locked doors. For a service center, this place is not about customer service.

It is refreshing walking into a atmosphere where you are acknowledged with kindness and excellent customer service. Sheri has been very helpful with her knowledge as well as displaying excellent customer service and I have never left feeling unwelcome or that my time has been wasted.
