I had a nice experience. The store was clean and welcoming and there was a wide variety of products to shop. Tessa was a great help! She knew a lot about the products and was able to help me pick replacement pieces and understand parts of my own pen that I didn’t. She gave a lot of feedback and reviews of different products which helped me to make my decisions. Will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately I loved this place. I’ve bought a lot of ecigs from them but one that I bought on 28 August stopped working. They said not our problem. Manufacturer says not our problem. So I just flushed 40-50 dollars down the drain. The staff is lovely but this stuff is too expensive for them not to accept responsibility when they sell you a defective product. There are so many vape shops make sure you use one that is as loyal to you as you are to them. Its such a shame

DUDDDDE if you spend money on vapes like I do this is the place to be! The staff ESPECIALLY DJ AND AUSTIN. They have rewards system and have a huge variety of flavors and brands! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Austin, a customer service rep here, was AMAZING. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was incredibly kind. He advised me of a product that works wonders for both me and my daughter. I don't know what's happening to the Mellow Fellow cartridges. Purchased 2 in March. Both tasted really chemical. They were flavors I hadn't tried before so there was nothing to compare them two. Purchased 2 tried and true favorites today. These also taste horrible, like some chemical. Also, of note these four cartridges had inconsistent coloring (darker at the top than the bottom). So, I will not shop at Create A Cig anymore.
