Dr and staff were nice, did their jobs. Happy with them. However, I arrived at 10:33 for my 10:35 appointment and I was still sitting there in waiting room at 11:20. Why not make my appointment at 11:15, my time is very important too. I find it irritating that I had to walk all the way over to another building to get change to pay my co-pay fee because "we're not allowed to have cash" was the receptionist exact words. That's pertinent information, maybe make that known to your patients before the visit!

Staff and nurses were friendly and very efficient. New xrays were needed and done in the office. Dr. Schwartz spend a good deal of time with me going over my history, the symptoms and doing a thorough exam. He showed me the xrays of my lower spine to help me understand the problem and came up with an intial plan. I have a follow-up within a month. I walked out with a written summary of our visit and instructions for my next steps. The visit took just over an hour.
