We had the privilege of CAIR-Chicago’s attorney Joseph Milburn, successfully represent us in our case. Milburn, in our first meeting knew and understood the injustice we were experiencing. His confidence and consul put an end to my son’s rights being violated. His knowledge and experience with cases of Islamophobia was evident. I highly recommend, especially in these politically charged times, using CAIR to report any injustices Muslims are facing, whether you are Muslim or not. Standing up to justice was much easier with CAIR on our side.

While applying for my parents Naturalisation, I wanted to seeking professional free advice from a lawyer and while searching online I came across CAIR Chicago. I cannot express how great full and surprised I am that an organization of professional lawyers exists that give advise and also help you traverse through legal matters free of charge and without any strings attached. Emma Milton was the initial attorney who prepared the Naturalization case for my parents and submitted it to USCIS. Joseph Milburn was the attorney who later took on the case prepped my parents, attended the interviews with my parents, helped us prepare documents, submitted writ of mandamus and gave us sound advice. I thank Joseph Milburn for guiding us and providing invaluable advise through out the whole process. Thank you CAIR Chicago and Joseph. We need more and more organizations and people like you.

I just wanted to thank Brianna and the whole CAIR-Chicago team for their efforts in helping reunite my brother-in-law with his family. As many of you know, obtaining legal entry in the United States from the Balkan region was and still remains a difficult process. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law was stuck within that process and needed as much help as he can get.

We reached out to the offices of our state representatives as well as senators and were met with all talk and no action. We felt helpless and hopeless. Hope came in the form of a presentation made by CAIR-Chicago at SABAH Islamic Cultural Center - our dzamija.

My husband saw the post by our Imam and decided to reach out for help. Brianna took swift action in contacting my sister and staying in constant contact with us all through the rest of the process. We don't know what miracles she and the team pulled directly, all we know is 3 weeks later, my brother-in-law got approved and was finally reunited with our family.

Faith and hope comes in all forms, and know that you could have faith in this organization to listen and help. THANK YOU again for making our family and our hearts whole!
