My first visit with Nicha was such a pleasant experience. She was really down to earth and made me feel welcomed. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She didn't use tons of hard to understand medical terms. The office environment is welcoming and clean. The staff I've encountered, have all been pleasant. Love this place. Only practice that actually helped my neck and back pain without the same physical therapy referral or a bunch of drugs. The plasma therapy didn't get rid of all pain, but makes it so much easier to function.

Staff is awesome. So professional and accommodate any rare schedule conflicts. Doctors and nurse practitioner so knowledgeable and don't rush through appointments.

Showed up to my first appointment and was seen right away. This was a big plus for me. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. The nurses assistant was attentive and well knowledgeable. I'm big on customer service, so I was already pleased within the first 5 minutes of my appointment.

Today I walked and was greeted by the lady at front desk and then I was seen very quickly. Once in the exam room the MA and PA had such a great bedside manner and the PA educated me on many different avenues of my treatment, which i havent had great experience in the two years I have lived here until today. Then once I went to check out all the Staff had a smile and such a great Ora around them. Thanks so much everyone.
