The receptionist told me, in no uncertain terms, that this is NOT a walk-in clinic. She insisted that I go to their Moline location... I went to Genesis instead.

Christina has been an absolute blessing in my healthcare. She has been my provider for a couple of years now and always listens to my concerns and does everything she can to address them. If she is unable, she figures out where I can go and gets me those resources. The front desk staff is superb and friendly. The medical assistants and the RN in the office are all caring and lovely people. Highly recommend to everyone.

I called them almost a month ago with an extremely bad cold/trouble breathing. NOBODY called back! I had to go to a walk in clinic to get meds. I made an appointment to discuss 2 important issues, but the staff "forgot" to tell the doc there were 2 issues. I said something & the doc was "I don't have time, I have other patients." Not even for a 2 minute "hi, need dosage adjusted?" But the doc had PLENTY of time to talk about my alleged high BP. Of course it's high, I'm in pain! I made an appointment with another practice on the way home. I wish I could give fewer stars. If this is what American medical care is turning into, I'm getting into plant medicine.

This is one of the worse doctor offices I’ve ever been to in my life . The lack of support and just overall help they provide you with is heartbreaking. I’ve seen this doctor by the name of Dr. Ranganath on about 3-4 separate occasions for my 8 year old son who suffers different complications. She refuses to get him the care he needs , she’s very dismissive and just overall display a lack of empathy. Each visit I’ve ever had with this lady puts me In an uncomfortable position. She’s not right at all .

I don't appreciate a clinic associated with this one

When my bf got hurt at work and had hurt his wrist went to a clinic. In davenport ia only got refused to be attended to and was dripping blood which they gave no f to take care of him
Since you guys like to refuse people I will be getting my medical records and want no part of chc
Pretty sad that someone else done what you guys out of dav ia could of done and went against a
person's right
I will appreciate if you could get that ready for me I don't even want to TALK WITH YOU GUYS.

I feel that Dr. Bradley listened to everything I told her as well as the nurse. Everyone was very professional and extremely friendly. I even got a call to set me up for my mental health on the same day as my first appointment. Much better than the previous two doctors I saw at a different practice!

I did not care for my visit with Dr. Camarena
Andrew Christina. She walked in the room her demeanor said it all, she was in a hurry and did not want to really hear what the issues where just gave me my old prescriptions and sent me on my way.
Not at all friendly.
Got in quite fast that was the only good experience.

My mom has to jump through hoops every time she needs her prescriptions refilled. Has been calling for weeks trying to get new refills sent to the pharmacy and it’s always “we’ll send them tomorrow” & nothing!
She even made an appointment thinking she needed to be seen in order to get new refills and when she got to her appointment they told her the dr wasn’t going to see her because it wasn’t time for a check up and yet again they still didn’t send new refills to the pharmacy…. VERY NEGLECTFUL PLACE
