I've been renting here for a year . It is convenient to the bus and a few blocks from an Albertsons. The rental office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. My apartment is very nice and has a washer and dryer in the unit. I pay for my electric (about $26/month) and all other utilities are included. Each unit has its own on-demand water heater and hot water comes pretty quick. The property is well maintained. Flat lot parking is plentiful. Covered , assigned parking spots are on a wait list. The rent is great compared to similar places. I highly recommend.

I don’t recommend this place overall. The pool is not heated enough to swim in the fall/winter/spring. Amenities only available while office is open. Everything closed on weekends. Outdoor bathrooms only available during office hours. Pool area is open 24 hours. That’s nice. But too cold to swim. Unable to open living room window. No balconies. Maintenance for the most part is very good. Been searching for other living opportunities.

For myself it's perfect rent is high but staff is great air filters get changed periodically maintenance is great no issues staff professional friendly Olivia is new but great. Have been here almost a year and love the place area everything is close by update here over 1year still great quiet place maintenance great clean friendly people nice day room shuttle bus twice week all around great

I just moved to College Villas in the last few days from out of state. During the process time, Jennifer was so helpful in every step of the way. She answered all my questions, and was very respectful and professional. She made my move very uneventful and I was pleasantly surprised. The apt is nice and should satisfy my needs nicely.

It is a racist subtle. A bunch of liars and trumped up evidence. I do not recommend this place. Communism in the making. Freedom of speech is a liability. Honest seniors are trapped. The governor doesn't care. Corporate is in control. A group of liars.

My review is regarding the corporate office in Long Beach CA. I submitted my application however I was denied due to my credit, which I completely understand but I followed their instructions regarding submitting a rebuttal and never got a reply.
I emailed twice, I called Crystal Torres twice and left voicemails and even faxed my rebuttal. No one has given me the chance to plead my case.
I am a former government employee that suffered a stroke in 2017 I was not discharged from the rehab facility until October of 2019, that is the reason for my derogatory credit report But again this information has fallen on deaf ears.
I must say that Charlie in the office at the complex was a very nice and understanding however they do not make the decisions.

I've lived here since 2020 just as the Covid-19 shut down happened, so I didn't get a chance to utilize all the complex has to offer. It's a senior citizen 62+ community, price point is based on your income starting around $681 for a 1b/1b, 500 sq ft unit, each unit has a washer/dryer, everything is electric!

Although my Husband and I are new comers(5months)we are very Happy with the Community. The Staff is friendly and accommodating. The grounds are kept nicely manicured and the year round heated pool is Great!! The Clubhouse is always full of activities and nice people. The Theater is always clean and open for entertainment. The fitness room is inviting. Some of the equipment needs some tweaking but maitainence is working with Corporate to fix and update some things. Security has been updated with cameras in elevators and hallways. I love the very, well lighted , hallways and walkways. I feel that the Staff works well with the seniors to meet there needs as soon as is possible!! There is always room for improvement, but I feel they already have it on thier list and will be dealt with as soon as Corporate aloughs. 👍💫
