The parking in this community is TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE. They have a terrible rule where we have to find a parking because we were fending for our self to park wherever we can because THERE IS NO PARKIIIING. Now we have to look and hope we find a parking close to our house or your next best option is the club house. You have to also get out by 7 am or they give you a ticket like ?!. If your guest is coming for an hour or 2, they can’t even park in front of your house or it’s a warning ticket!! Having to drive around for 30 mins to find parking is already hard enough but having to walk at 7 am all the way to the club house is crazy. It may be a short walk but no car should be that far out of reach, especially with this Florida weather. Then now the trash bins can’t be out by your garage, they have to be INSIDE. So now every time you take out the trash, you have to go outside, unlock/open the garage, throw away your trash, lock/close the garage, and then walk back outside and into your house. Why? for aesthetic, not convenience. And did they say they were going to “make new parking”? Yea that’s a lie that has been said for years according to sb who lived here. Nothing is easily accessible !!

I am a local Real Estate Broker providing my personal opinion after a recent client tour. Cobblestone has a family oriented feel to the community. You will see many residents enjoying walking, exercising and taking part in the many community amenities. Townhomes are available for Rent and Purchase. Cobblestone has 1 level townhomes, 2 story townhomes and even Split level 3 story units with a balcony available. Large bedrooms. Clean and Well kept community. Always a pleasant experience showing townhomes here.

I am a consistent guest at cobblestone and it is a horrendous neighborhood. The line to just get in can take 20 minutes to an hour because the security guards are lazy. Not enough guest parking, you will be going around the community forever unless you get lucky. I parked at the clubhouse because there were no parking and the next morning my car was gone/towed. $200 dollars just to have my car back when i was just trying to stay at my families house. While a bunch of others are still parked at the clubhouse AND in staff parking.

Resident for 10.5 years in community, no issue with management yet, all I can say I always treated the staff with respect, and the staff have never been disrespectful. It was shaky in the past but lots of improvements has been made etc.. towing, parking has improved because other areas are available for parking , security level camera in the community due to a Homicide ( I believe they were someone's guests). Any concerns I experienced I always call them and discussed. It is safe to live here I love it. I am not scare of walking my dogs at 1 am including other neighbors. I wish the community was even bigger with independent family home, and a Tennis court. I love my Cobblestone community!

only one vehicle allowed to have a gate sticker, no parking after 5 pm, car towed multiple times, entrance gate backed up to the highway.
