Over the last year I have bought many tickets for the draw for the apartment at Le Manga, Murcia. In July 2022 I noticed the apartment was listed as a letting on Airbnb. I queried this on the Cloverhut Facebook page with a link to the listing and was assured that yes it was being let but only until the draw was completed (Supposedly 30th Sept). Within the last month I noticed that the option to buy tickets for the Murcia apartment was no longer available. I checked the Airbnb listing to see that they had dates available for rent right up to the middle of December 2022. How could the owner confirm bookings until then if the apartment was to be raffled to new owner on 30th September! This morning 26/09/22 I get an email from Cloverhut advising that the drawn will no be going ahead as they "have not arrived to the foreseen objective in order to offer a significant benefit to help our charity partner". I don't believe that Cloverhut ever had any intention of running this draw and wonder if they even had ownership of the property at all! They have been sitting on our money and earning interest on it for over two years now!! The offer of tickets for the new draw will be declined. Do Cloverhut really think people will fall for the same scam twice!!

04.11.22 UPDATE - just to confirm how shady and underhand Cloverhut really are - I've been commenting on their Facebook page to alert people to the withdrawn prize. They have been removing all my comments and today I find that they have blocked me.

I am from Canada and heard about Cloverhut during a trip to London. As their company seems very legit and professional, I decided to give it a try and buy some tickets. So far, so good! I am excited to see whether I’ll win the apartment or not.

Last year, I took part in a raffle from their Spanish sister company. I have to say that they handled things professionally and the customer service always replied fast and with complete info. I have decided to take part in the raffle again because they were honest and really delivered the house to the winner. I hope the outcome will be in my favour this time!

Here is the review: Great concept! Great company! I really enjoy the idea of getting a house in Spain for 2€. The location could not be any better! The apartment seems a bit small, but I would definitely take it for 2€.

WOOWW! I just got my tickets, and I can already see myself living in that house. According to them, the delivery of the house is guaranteed which is great because I feel like there are quite a lot of shady companies. Though, I feel like I can trust Cloverhut because they are very transparent.
