Clark County Credit Union makes me feel valued. The people are always friendly, pleasant, and efficient. They respond to my needs quickly. I love banking online, too. I have several CDs that are maturing nicely at a high rate of interest, so my money is working for me. And I get a nice bonus every year, as an owner/shareholder.

I tried to sign up for a new membership, there were a lot of people working but they refused to sign me up any other way than a zoom call with someone else not even in the office I was trying to sign up with. I explained that I do not wish to do a zoom call that the reason I came in in person was to speak to a person face to face and the teller told me that she could not assist me then and followed with a have a nice day before I could speak anything else.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to be rudely excused. Not a place I will recommend. Stick with one of the many other credit unions that care enough to speak to you in person.

I love this bank every teller is always nice and helpful. Cerina is awesome, she's always there to answer my questions. Yesterday she spent about 30 minutes helping me with several questions about how to start buying a home. She also always has time to just talk and makes me feel wanted as a member here.

I like the CCCU. Their rates are pretty solid, and once you have enough accounts open you can acctually get your money out! What I dont like is that they’re tying donating meals to generating reviews for their business. If you have the funds to donate the meals, then just donate the meals. Don’t make it conditional. This cost you two stars. Otherwise they’re pretty solid.

Why anyone would use a conventional commercial bank where a CCCU branch is available is beyond me, personally speaking.
From every aspect of regular daily banking, CCCU is superior. Super friendly, always pleasant experience, every time.

I have been with CCCU since they were in the Henderson Parks and Rec center on Water St. I have financed my cars through them and other loans exclusively. They have helped me navigate through some hiccups and I trust them totally. Plus they are always nice no matter what.
