City Plaza Condominiums is a wonderful, safe, peaceful, and quiet place to call home! We have to move across town for work, but after a year of living here I have no complaints. It didn’t even flood during Harvey!

Apartments here are all individually owned so I’m sure the units vary quite a bit on the interior, but as for the exterior and the grounds go, everything is meticulously maintained and extremely well taken care of.
Neighbors here are quiet and friendly, you hardly even see them. Even living right by the pool we have never been bothered by noise.
Marisol and April in the front office have always been extremely sweet and helpful. The folks who work at the front gate are always nice. Their smile and wave means a lot every time I come home! The maintenance crew works tirelessly every day to make sure this place is perfect and it shows. Just recently they repaired a gap in a sidewalk that I’m surprised anyone noticed but it used to trip up my toddler. Things like that make me very happy! Almost everyone picks up after their dogs, and the pool is always clean and inviting, although the water does get a bit warm in the summer, that’s to be expected.

Despite being in a not-so-great area, I have never felt less than 100% safe and secure here. Very grateful for that!! Compared to many other apartment complexes in Houston, this one never ceases to protect its residents and make us feel right at home. Not to mention you’re so close to downtown, Hermann Park, and the medical center! There is a metro station that is a 10 minute walk from here.

As far as our individual unit goes, we have had several maintenance issues come up but they have all been resolved in a timely manner. When we first moved in last summer our AC was out for a week, so you can imagine how dreadful that was in July! They worked on the problem until it was resolved and we’ve had no issues since. Again, these units are individually owned so our experience doesn’t reflect on any other properties necessarily.

Overall, it’s been a great experience living here and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for their new home!

Strategically located close to a broad array of things anyone wanted. Located right in the city of Houston, yet away from the hustle-bustle of city life. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable stay, insuring a lot of privacy. Super impressed because they are well kept and neat. Very close to cream of the crop in Condos.These are just my 'two cents' about City Plaza HOA.

These condos are really conveniently located to freeways, downtown, the medical center, NRG Stadium and are very well maintained. They are gated with a security guard at the entry/exit.
