5 stars because healthcare is great and my child also sees their pediatrics department. But I am having issues with scheduling an appointment. I am an established patient, last seen about 2 years ago (healthy just need labs) and have a job where I have to schedule off about 90 days before I'm out of office. Unfortunately I have been told twice by staff I can only book an appointment at Christ Community 3 weeks in advance; this is on adult side. Pediatrics side I have no scheduling problems. This review is a heads up for those with crazy schedules you can not book far in advance for a wellness exam.

Christ Community D’Antignac Street location has the very BEST STAFF due mostly to the leadership of Lori. She and Dr.K makes me feel like family each and every time I come in. Their caring and concern not only for my health but me as a person is why I will NEVER go anywhere else for my healthcare.

I am disappointed. My son visited two locations this morning and they both turned him away. Didn't offer any suggestions either. One office did take his name if someone cancelled. He ended up in the ER. I am sure this will not sound good, but don't go here unless you have an appointment.

EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL. set an appointment for 9/19/24 at 10am. I take off time from work to be there...they even texted to confirm appointment...I walked in and they said my appointment wasn't for another 4 days.. I have chronic back pain and have been waiting for 2 months for this appointment and used the time I was allowed to take off work for them to tell me they screwed everything up and they won't see me!!! Also. They call and leave a voicemail for you to call back. And they dont call you back.. I have left 3 voice messages now because they called wanting to speak about this issue.

Doctors are very thorough with your care. They really care. If you have a problem they will address it, not just throw a bunch of pills at you and say have a nice day. They see everyone from children to older adults. Very accommodating as far as appointments. Great people. I don't go anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to my friends and family. It is a very loving and caring place.
