I’ve been calling for months literally & no one answers or returns any calls, voicemail is always full as it Trying to transfer from state to state is already hard enough you get hit with a major road block with housing, it makes you feel helpless because without them you can’t budge.

So I applied 29Mar21 when list was open for a day, online received CF# and called several times and they say they don't show anything, so I pulled this CF# out my azz they are not doing anything and as far as supervisor goes useless. W

This is the worst housing agent I have ever dealt with. They shared with me that there is a weeks wait until they could inspect a place. 2 weeks have came and gone no inspected. Contacted the supervisor along with 4 other employees. Supervisor shared she is out indefinitely and no one else got back to. When they had the correct paperwork in the beginning of the month to inspection the place. Now it is the end of the month and I was told if inspection doesn't get done by the end of the month then it will be the first of the month. Take it that my voucher expires on the 25th the agent doesn't extend the voucher and I had a tentative move in date that has came and gone.

I received a letter about 3weeks ago stating that i have a credit on my account for my rent, so all i had to do was pay the difference. I paid the difference and still had extra on my account to go towards my rent for the following month. I received a letter today, after the office closed stating that i have a balance due on my rent and if i dont pay it in 2days then i could face eviction. Now mind you, i had a credit on my account and i paid more money towards my rent, the letter just came today on the 9th after 1pm and the office closed at 12pm. So i cant talk to anybody to straighten out the issue, now i have to risk being evicted because i dont have the money they are asking for and i dont know what else to do. My anxiety is thru the roof and i am so hurt right now.
