Purchased a home here back in April 2019. Just past the 5 year mark and could not be any happier. Great maintenance staff, roads have been improved. Fees have increased but as the units age the maintenance and repair costs increase as well. Monthly fees are still cheaper than other co-ops in the area. Quiet and friendly place to call home.

Has it's good and bad. Put a work order in Dec 2023 still isn't done and I pay my monthly fees ahead of time.You can leave voicemails for the people in the office but they never get back to you. Even our board members and section leaders don't bother to get back to us.Our money was wasted on new gutters, now they hold much more leaves and nuts. Some roofs are being held together by moss,seems as though they are the ones that are not out in the open for everyone to notice.

Moved in August 2019 love it here when i call with an issue the maintenance dept is right on it. My roof has been replaced, new gutters and soffits have been installed, my kitchen sink leak was repaired. sure the roads are a little ruff BUT it may make some of the speeders slow down.

First off : Where else can you live for $275 a month that includes water, sewer , and maintainence ? And buy a place for less then the price of some cars Been here over 5x years now and am happy . Main complaint you'll hear about CGW is condition of roads. One word reply : Brooklyn . Lol . Ha. Yeah yeah roads are rough but gig deal . Roads are rough outside of CGW too . Would cost probly over a million $$ to re-pave roads . Just not worth it unless everyone wanted to pay a special assessment of maybe $500 each . I don't . - Frank
