If I could leave a zero, I would!!! This bank is horrible and they take money out of your account without your permission or knowledge!! Lawsuit waiting to happen!! I would never refer anyone to this bank...pure trash!!! The tellers are nice though!!

I recently had a personal emergency and I’m very grateful for this particular branch and the great customer service/professionalism provided by Emily. She was prompt, understanding, helpful, and overall made my day by actually assisting me with my specific problem.

I had called multiple locations in Shreveport and spoken to different service representatives, to no avail. It reached a point where I realized I was essentially being given the run around. Rep (A) transferred me to Rep (B), Rep (B) transferred me to Rep (C), and Rep (C) transferred me back to Rep (A). This was frustrating since my issue was time sensitive and I was not getting the assistance I needed. I was actually getting annoyed with Carter Credit Union as a whole.

I then called this particular branch in Bossier and I’m very thankful that it was Emily who answered my call. She solved my issue and communicated with me every step of the way. I sincerely appreciate her, it’s experiences like this one that earn legitimate customer loyalty.

I really enjoy this branch. No tellers yet banking is still made quick and easy. The bankers are warm and welcoming as soon as you step in.

With no bank tellers to approach, this banking center is sometimes tricky. From an operator taking forever to respond to the kiosk while no one is in the lobby to the lobby having no greeter or host. I sat down after my deposit to wait for someone to assist me with a bag full of coins. I believe excuses were made as to why I was not waited on promptly. I get quicker service when I went to the Haughton Brookshires location or the Shreveport Kroger locale. Come on BIG bank, step up your game. Even the drive thru is very slow and there is no one in the other lanes. It seems more tellers are needed.

WORSE CREDIT UNION EVER!
Every year they adding $4800 on my car loan debt bc of they don't see my insurance policy!
Never in your life think about doing business with these scammers!!!

HORRIBLE online banking. Website and app go down CONSTANTLY at least 2 or 3 times a week and prevent us from keeping track of our money. Will be switching banks since they can’t seem to get this fixed.
