I was lucky enough to find Dr. Carol (Richardson-Te) and she’s been my PCP for years now. I have some auto-immune issues as well as arthritis. She is just lovely- professional, attentive, supportive, compassionate, and I never feel rushed or my concerns dismissed.
I would highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Carol Richardson-Te for several years. She has a BEAUTIFUL office and she is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet. She is a gorgeous lady and her practice is solid - very stable. I had nothing but praises to sing about her, but unfortunately I had to leave and so did my son because you could NEVER and I mean NEVER get them to answer the phone in her office to make an appointment or anything. I had to figure out on my own that you could make the appointments and get help through email only. The lady at the front desk that should be answering the phone just isn't. She does not seem that terribly busy the times that I have come to the office. She's just sitting there chatting. She could make an effort to answer the phone but she ALWAYS puts it on the answering system and my calls have NEVER been returned when I have left a message that I can remember. It's a real problem with communication in that office. The other problem was that she had steady turnover in her assistants and although most of them were nice, the last one and the one that I had enough of was RUDE AS HELL. She would not let me change my medication and told me off for asking her to request that Dr. Richardson - Te be asked to do so. It was only a change from one type of the same medication type to a different one. Also, that same assistant would not give Dr. Richardson - Te my message that I was praying for her and her family when I learned from a mass email that went out saying that Dr. Richardson - Te had a family emergency overseas and could not see patients temporarily. This assistant was essentially a guard-dog that called the shots with Dr. Richardson - Te's patients. And she was a bulldog! The bottom line here is that you have a really, genuinely nice and very good doctor who cares about her patients with a staff who does exactly as they please with her practice and her patients pay the price.

I have been calling the office alot of time no answer at all. And I have send email too. But I answer March 28. I have a trouble vertigo I can't do things I canceled my therapy for Monday and Wednesday. The ER told me to call my doctor no help at all.
