Cadence HOA is extremely good at NOT addressing any problems, ie damaged/broken trees, etc. and won't hesitate to point the finger at someone else. Attached is a photo of a dead tree that after almost 4 months of getting bounced around, still remains dead. Extremely disgusted with their service.

I just moved into Cadence 2 weeks ago and I’m beyond disappointed with the HOA. I have been so stressed with the move and getting settled. I was going on vacation and planning to stay home and float in the community pool. I went to the HOA excited to get my pool key. I was packed with snacks and drinks for the pool. I was told I had to wait 2-3 business days for a keycard. I explained I was on vacation this week and just wanted to enjoy the pool I was paying for. The receptionist said very condescending, you can in 2-3 days. I tried begging for her to expedite it since it was Tuesday and I wanted to be at the pool the whole week. She just kept repeating herself, yep and you can in 2-3 business days. The complete disappointment and sadness was real. I needed this so much. Well day 4 I still had no pool card. I had to call and ask about it. The condescending receptionist said she emailed me but no email was ever found. I feel I was retaliated against for being upset. I’m scared this will be an ongoing issue when I turn in my design plans for my backyard and I’m now a target for them to try and make life here miserable. I will be attending the HOA meeting in October to discuss this behavior.

Aug 2022 only see 7 reviews. Either everyone is happy or very few are disappointed or posts are being reviewed and rejected/deleted. I'm disappointed. I've enjoyed my home here for the past 7 years and am now in the process of moving. Like others, I see several mentioned lack of response from HOA regarding things to repair/replace which I can most certainly agree with. Or over-watering which they don't address in an appropriate amount of time. And the never-ending construction and roadwork with accompanying noises. Won't mention all the trash, construction and otherwise, that blows into my yard DAILY!

For me, I don't like all the U-Turns that I've had to make to get to my house. Even to get to and from the mailbox. I don't like the plants that the HOA/Builder chose for my front yard & don't seem tolerant to summer heat here. I especially don't appreciate the HOA asking me to paint a brown cable (for Cable Svc) to match my brown house when they were already a close match AND it was on a non-street facing side of my home (i.e., invisible). Now, I am truly Mad that they only allow 1 sale sign in front of my home in order to direct buyers to it. It should be allowable to have signs out for X-number of hours. And if not removed daily, then not allow that owner/realtor to put them out again. The HOA even lays claim to the sidewalk along Galleria including the round-abouts that any normal person would consider to be public property. Will be glad to out of here.

We Love living in here. love the walking distance to the park areas. neighbors are friendly, security guards always around. the Association have a lot of fun activities in the calendar. very nice .

Beautiful park and the view of the strip is amazing! Definitely will go back. When we went they were showing a movie in the park and it was awesome!! There's a nice e pond too!

IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY A HOUSE IN THIS COMMUNITY, PLEASE DO NOT. THIS COMMUNITY HAS THE WORST HOA. THEY ARE EXTREMELY IGNORANT AND ARROGANT. AS MUCH AS YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO BUY A NEW HOUSE, WHICH IS YOUR HOME, THEY WILL MAKE SURE YOU CURSE YOURSELF FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE FOR BUYING A HOUSE HERE. THE WORST PART IS THAT THE BOARD MEMBERS ARE CITIZENS HERE AND THEY ARE SO JOBLESS THAT THEY WILL POINT OUT THE SMALLEST INSIGNIFICANT THING LIKE WE HAVE NOTHING ELSE GOING ON, EVEN IN YOUR BACKYARD. YES BACKYARD.

I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A HOUSE HERE AND I WILL BE SELLING MINE SOON, DUE TO THE HOA.

HOA HERE HAS SUPER BRAINLESS PEOPLE IN CHARGE SO THEY COMPENSATE WITH THEIR INTELLIGENCE WITH ARROGANCE. I HATE THIS HOA AND I AM NOT ALONE.

A lot of us are trying to understand where do all the HOA fee's go? They sure aren't going to maintaining the common ground between the curbs and sidewalks and on the corners of numerous streets. We as homeowners must keep our front yards clean and the plants trimmed, weeds pulled and replace or remove any plants and trees that are dead. Why doesn't this apply to you Cadence? You do maintain the main streets coming in but not most of the residential side streets. When we bought the home some of the money went towards the front yard, ours is a complete disaster. The plant's used and drip system was just thrown in. The plant's we got are definitely going to need to be replaced they grow very fast and big they are known to be very root bound plants. Which will down the road will lift the driveway and possibly our courtyard, then Cadence HOA will be on us to fix all the issues the builder has caused. We haven't even been here a year but it seems like years trying to get problems taken care of or fixed before it becomes a major problem. So between you and Richmond it's time to live up to your obligations. Please don't get me started on the Great Parks which are not good for children in the 1 to 6 age group.

I love management here! They truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to be communicative. Rachel in particular has been wonderful to talk to. I love it when people/teams are enthusiastic about what they do and who they do it for!
