Took my Van in to have an oil change and sensor replaced, they got it in quickly and repairs went great! After hour drop off is the best! Then I thought I needed brakes in my Fiat so took it up there for brakes, oil change and to change the windshield washer pump. Turned out my brakes were good so they told me that I should wait on those and didn’t other repairs. I love honest mechanics! Thank you guys so much!! We will be back!! A++

As a woman who doesn't understand car related anything, this business has been incredibly helpful and fair.

I took my car to the dealership for service for years because I thought that was what I needed to do. Never left without spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars even if I was going in for a simple oil change.

Always felt like I was being taken advantage of and worse- that I didn't have a choice. I would be sitting at the dealership googling things that they were telling me I needed because I didn't feel like they were being honest but at the same time I didn't know.

I took a chance on Bright Star Automotive and I'm so glad I did. They have been truthful, reasonably priced and have taken care of my car needs... Without trying to upsell me on things that aren't necessary.

Even better, if I have car questions in between service they have always taken my call and answered a question or explained things.

There's never a problem that they haven't addressed. My baby needed a little extra love, Wyatt and Josh made the repair process smooth and professional. Melissa did a quote for me for additional thing I wanted done and locked it in my profile so they can just pull up what I want done easily. The best part is the full service breakdown (with photos) of what was done. I'm a forever client.
