My first time there was yesterday! VERY WELL ORGANIZED.

Very accessible for me as a lower limb amputee. A little steep walkway into the building from parking lot but not an issue yesterday with no ice/snow.

Check-in is very thorough and organized. I did feel the questioning of what you need details were a bit personal. I wasn’t asked them because I told her by the time I got to her I was only there for clothes. But I heard the questions to women about feminine hygiene products in front of everyone in line; “size? Regular or super?” Maybe that info can be saved for when they go back into essentials area, not at the door check in?! Just a thought.

Everyone was so friendly, happy, full of smiles! Very organized, clean, lots of high quality name brand items, lots of clothes with new tags still on. Thank you soooo much! I will be back!!! I love everything I received yesterday, got home and EVERYTHING FIT, I am sooo grateful!!!

If you have clothes you no longer want or need, please consider dropping them off here instead of Goodwill. People who need items will get them for free. This place really helped me clothe my kids when they were little and I'll always be grateful for that. When kids are growing a bunch, it's good to have a little help filling in the gaps. Between the free clothes and toilet/laundry items, they can help struggling individuals stretch their paycheck a bit more. There is also a warming center here in winter.

Amazing program to help the less fortunate..as long as you don't take advantage of it yes they offer free clothes but that doesn't mean to go there weekly instead of doing laundry just glory plays it with stuff from the attic or on the essential side instead of buying your own toilet paper feminine hygiene products you just go to the attic and have them give it to you and I regularly hear people complain oh you didn't give enough you haven't given enough we want more or they complain because something may be outdated or has a stain on it people need to realize these are free items that you're getting because you are in need of help they don't owe you anything and they don't have to give you anything please people be thankful

Most everyone was nice. But the person who assisted me was rude and cold. I left there wanting to cry and if I didn't actually need the assistance, I would not go back.
