Horrible service. I switched providers to help them out as their office was struggling financially and they were in need of new patients. My husband and I both switched providers. They cancelled a very important mental health evaluation with no availability to reschedule, they did not help find another provider or even offer to help. There initial reasoning for canceling the appointment was because I "previously cancelled an appointment" when my car was broken and gave them plenty of notice. After requesting to speak with a supervisor, I was told the real reason my appointment was cancelled was due to that provider leaving the office and not taking on new patients. So, instead of taking accountability for your provider leaving, blame the patients for something that is not even accurate.
After all this, I am now receiving bills for my previous appointments and they are stating they are not in network with my insurance, and that they don't have to tell me this when I started services. On top of all this, they were having me come in every two weeks for a 5 minute "check in" which could have been done over the phone. It felt like a way of them making more money off me for every co-payments and appointment I didn't need to be seen for.
Overall, horrible experience and will never go back there and will not ever refer friends, family or clients to his office.

I recently went to BBH because they said they were open until 4:30 on Saturday, but it was closed when I got there at 2:00. No note, nothing. I ended up having to go to Urgent Care at St. Andrews and although I have insurance, and their service was excellent, it was very pricey for what I needed.

Boothbay regional health center is a small office, mostly catering specifically to Boothbay residents' Health care needs. It is conveniently located next to Nathan's pharmacy, which is an excellent compounding pharmacy. BRHC has an excellent relationship with Nathan’s. So, it’s easy to pick up prescriptions after you visit the health center.

This place is closed, I visited there this summer during their posted hours and there was no one in the office, I called the number on the door and was told they were understaffed and not in the office, so much for urgent care....
